• You are eligible to return a product within 15 days of its delivery.

• The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect.

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please email us at support sanatansevasansthan51@gmail.com  with your order details.

• If the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it. However, you can return the product once you receive it, according to our returns policy.

Return Process:

• After reviewing your return request, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed instructions on how to send back the product.

• Ensure the product is well-packed to avoid any damage during transit.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

• In the case of order cancellation, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.
